THE TEAM

Tracy Jordan
Executive Director
TRACY JORDAN has gained a wealth of experience working in the entertainment industry for thirty years in national and regional tours, circus, cruise ships, dinner theater, cabaret, night clubs, commercials, voice overs and industrial shows. He serves as Artisitic Manager, Musical Theatre at Texas Woman's University. As founding Executive Director of the Dallas Summer Musicals High School Musical Theatre Awards, Mr. Jordan designed and developed the program into the second largest program of its kind in the U.S. Mr. Jordan holds an M.Ed. in Education with concentration in Theatre from Texas Woman’s University, a B.S. in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University. He has given master classes in dance and theater movement at the University of Texas at Austin, Southern Missouri State University, Southern Methodist University, and has served on the dance faculty of Mountain View College and Richland College in Dallas, Dance Educators of America. Mr. Jordan is a recipient of the prestigious Dance Council of North Texas Mary Bywaters Cochran Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to dance. Mr. Jordan’s students have also appeared in a number of major Broadway and Las Vegas shows and international tours.

Dr. Becky Fredrickson

Rebecca currently serves as a Professor and Dean Fellow in the College of Professional Education at Texas Woman's University. She also is the University Coordinator of First Year Experience and P-16 Initiatives. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership and undergraduate degree in Theatre and Special Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and her master's degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Texas at Tyler. Rebecca teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in educational theory, diversity, gender and education, and instruction and assessment. Rebecca has focused on academic partnerships between community colleges and TWU. She holds an Ed.D., Educational Leadership, Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas, and M.Ed., Educational Administration, University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler, Texas, and a B.F.A., Theatre/Special Education, Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas

Brayden Welch
Operations Manager
Brayden Welch is currently a working actor and stand-up comic based out of New York. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, he recently graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. After spending time training in the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, he now works as a production assistant at the Stonestreet Film Studios. Before expanding his focus to film and television, Brayden premiered both onstage and off in various Off-Broadway original productions.
